Roy AllkinRoy Allkin, Co-Founder of Wolfestone. Roy Allkin is the co-founder and CEO of Wolfestone and VoiceBox, two rapidly expanding and dynamic Swansea based companies that provide multilingual translations, localisations, subtitles and voiceovers. Roy is also the co-founder and CEO of a highly successful microbrewery, Boss Brewing Company, the fastest growing brewery in Wales. Roy studied History for his first class Honours Degree before going on to achieve a Masters Degree with distinction in Business. Utilising his extensive experience in business strategy his primary focus now is ensuring his business portfolio fulfils its huge potential. Roy sees a pivotal role for his companies in raising standards in their respective industries and promoting the highest degree of professionalism possible. Amongst numerous others, Roy is the IWA Welsh Entrepreneur of the Year 2011, Wales Business Awards Entrepreneur of the Year 2014.



Will FlemingWill Fleming, International Undergraduate Admissions Manager and Senior Lecturer at University of Wales, Trinity Saint David. Will is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing who has considerable experience in business having worked in both the public and private sectors. He has been involved with, and has an interest in, international marketing. And, as a Scotsman living in Wales whose discipline has a focus on how markets might work, he should bring an interesting perspective to the panel and the discussion – in particular, the implications either way of the final decision of the British public make and how businesses in Wales can respond to the outcomes.




Brett Thomas of OSTC FX

Brett Thomas, Foreign Exchange Director at OSTC FX. Brett is a Senior FX Broker at OSTC Foreign Exchange. Having started as a graduate proprietary trader with the OSTC Group back in 2009, Brett moved across to the burgeoning FX team in 2014. OSTC FX now has around 100 clients in Wales, many of which include exporters, as such Brett has gained a great insight into the demands Welsh businesses face Рparticularly where currency management is concerned. Brett currently works closely alongside his clients to better help them mitigate their FX risk.
